Attributed to the Talmud- an Ancient Eastern Thinking and Jose Martí, Cuban revolutionary and poet, argued that; "(Every man should) plant a tree, have a child, and write a book. These all live on after us, insuring a measure of immortality."  The three things will make mankind to live a fulfilled life, not only that, having the three legacies that will live on longer when you die.

In spotlighting, among the three stated roles of humanity; planting a tree has splendid benefits to our time and to the coming generation. This doesn’t mean to exclude the two other stated roles of “having a child” and “writing a book.” Take your precious time as a key resource, your energy with wise decision to address for the same to have life with fulfillment.

Planting a tree will make you get connected directly with Nature, as will add important ingredient of Nature for you, to your generation and the ecosystem. It’s for aesthetic, shade and good aeration with soothing sound when planted around your premises.

In scientific perspective, conservationists affirmed that, planting trees played a key role in capturing carbon dioxide (one of greenhouse gases) for their survival, in doing so reduce the earth’s warming effect thus protect animals from the effects of global warming. 

The growth of a tree, with increased height, branches and increased girth, signify the growth and maturity of your child of the same age to that tree. Also, each tree can be a living record of various stages in life. 

Planting a tree for your children and for the future generation create honor to each children. Your children will consider you expressing your authentic love to them in action, as they will remember and live you in many years to come. It makes a great concern for a child and your generation to value and nurture those trees, also, for them to keep on planting more trees in creating another history.

So, find a way in which you can have a plan to plant trees, even a single tree each year, as you will be happy and the coming generation will be happy for you with your three legacies.
